Its been quite awhile but here I am, me and thunder will be working on getting a classic server up and fixing the kinks to it, then I plan to add onto the map and story.
Ill be watching the forums so if anyone wants to help out just let me know!

A lot of work needs to be done to fix up some bugs with the current version of the classic server we have but the first portion of the game should be fully functional atm.
all the quests items and areas of the map from the original server we all loved and played are finally back up and playable again. the server is being locally run and as it did back in the day it crashes pretty easily so although it may be accessible currently for others to play it will often go down when changes are made to it or when small bugs occur it tends to crash the whole server. hopefully that will be fixed in the future and if theres enough interest in remaking the old community and bringing some life back into this game then we will look into getting something to host the server on for it to be up and running all the time.
the only downside is it was not possible to transfer back over the player data from before at least from what we tried so if you do decide to rejoin and play you'll need to make a new character and start from scratch. if were around we can help out and get folks lvld up quickly.
greed is handling the vast majority of the game editing and server management stuff as im not that familiar with that kind of stuff currently. im looking to either find someone who is interested in creating artwork to be used for items and gear or some suggestions/tips for drawing software so i can learn to draw stuff on my own. if its possible to have us both edit and mess with the game at the same time or just from separate machines then ill look into how everything works so we have both of us editing and updating the game to get stuff fixed and rolled out quicker

With a successful setup of the server and with a few players joining weve taken the time to setup a community discord for everyone who joins so we can discuss the game bugs problems and what not quicker then posting on the forums. everyone is welcome to join

Awesome! Let me know if something with the site is not working, I think I just fixed private messages and the re-captcha for registering servers.
